Academy

Learn marketing that works

Practical training, a campaign simulator and an AI coach that reviews your work.

Written for people starting at zero

The platform can run your marketing without you understanding it. The Academy exists because owners who understand what is being run make better decisions about it — what to approve, what to spend, and when the AI has got something wrong. Every track assumes no prior marketing knowledge and no team behind you.

Four tracks, in order

Start wherever your honest answer says you are. Each track assumes the one before it.

  1. Track 1

    Foundations

You have never run marketing and the vocabulary is the first barrier.

    What it covers

    • What marketing is for, in terms of customers and revenue rather than jargon
    • Describing your offer so a stranger understands it in one sentence
    • Who your customer is, and how to tell that from who you wish they were
    • Reading your own business scan and knowing which findings matter
    • The words you will keep meeting — reach, impression, conversion, funnel — defined once, plainly

By the end you can explain who your customer is, what you are actually selling them, and why anyone would choose you.

  2. Track 2

    Practitioner

You can describe your business. Now you need to publish consistently.

    What it covers

    • Writing an offer that gives someone a reason to act now
    • Choosing channels on the basis of where your customers already are
    • Briefing the AI Studio so the creative comes back usable the first time
    • Building a content calendar you can actually sustain
    • Reviewing generated creative: what to approve, what to send back and why

By the end you can plan a month of marketing, brief the AI properly, and judge whether what it produced is good.

  3. Track 3

    Operator

You are spending money on advertising and need it to pay for itself.

    What it covers

    • Setting an advertising budget from what a customer is worth to you
    • Audience targeting and why narrower usually beats broader at small budgets
    • Testing creative properly instead of changing three things at once
    • Reading the analytics, including which figures are measured and which are estimated
    • Lead follow-up and automation, so demand you paid for is not wasted

By the end you can set a budget, read performance honestly, and decide what to stop, keep or scale.

  4. Track 4

    Teams and agencies

You run marketing for several businesses, locations or clients.

    What it covers

    • Structuring workspaces per business, location or client
    • Approval workflows and who should hold which permission
    • Keeping brand consistency across people who did not write the brand kit
    • Reporting to someone who was not in the room when the decision was made
    • Deciding what to hand to Autopilot and what must stay with a person

By the end you can run the platform as a process a team follows, not as a tool one person knows.

How the lessons work

  • Short lessons, then do it for real

Each lesson is followed by the same task inside your own workspace, using your own business. You are not practising on a fictional company.

  • An AI coach reviews your work

Submit the offer you wrote, the audience you chose or the campaign you built, and get specific feedback on it — not a grade against a model answer.

  • A simulator before real money

Practise budget, audience and creative decisions in a campaign simulator first, so the first campaign you fund is not the first one you have ever built.

The first lesson is your own business

Foundations begins by reading your business scan together — what the AI found, what it means, and which of the gaps is worth your attention first. Run the scan and you have the material for it.
