Resources

Guides, case studies and playbooks

Field-tested material for growing a business with AI-assisted marketing.

How this library is built

Every entry here is written by our team against the capability it describes, and it is published only once that capability is in the product and has been used in earnest. That means the library grows in step with the platform rather than ahead of it — you will not find a guide to something you cannot yet do.

What the resource centre covers

Six categories, each written for someone with a business to run and limited time. No theory for its own sake, and no material that assumes you already have a marketing team.

  • Getting started

Written for the first week. How to read your business scan, what the growth score is measuring, and which fix to do first.

    Inside

    • Walkthroughs of each screen you meet in the first session
    • How to interpret a finding and turn it into a decision
    • Setting up a business profile and brand kit properly the first time
  • Channel playbooks

One document per channel, covering what it is good at, what it costs in effort, and how the platform runs it for you.

    Inside

    • Paid social, search advertising, email, SMS and WhatsApp
    • When a channel is worth adding, and when it is a distraction
    • The mistakes that waste the most money on each one
  • Templates and checklists

Reusable structures you fill in rather than blank pages you stare at — briefs, offers, launch plans and review checklists.

    Inside

    • Creative briefs the AI Studio can act on directly
    • Campaign launch and pre-publish checklists
    • Offer and promotion planners for seasonal trade
  • Measurement and reporting

How to judge whether marketing worked, using your own numbers and your own previous period as the comparison.

    Inside

    • Which figures are measured, which are estimated, and why the difference matters
    • Setting a budget from what a customer is worth to you
    • Presenting results to a partner, a board or a client
  • Consent and compliance

Practical guidance on contacting people lawfully — what consent has to be recorded, per channel, and what the platform records for you.

    Inside

    • Consent capture and how it is stored against a contact
    • Advertising policy: what gets a campaign rejected and how to avoid it
    • Data retention, access and deletion in your workspace
  • Platform documentation

Reference material for the product itself — what each module does, how integrations connect, and what the statuses mean.

    Inside

    • Module reference for every area of the workspace
    • Integration setup and the connection status vocabulary
    • Roles, permissions and approval workflow reference

If you would rather be taught than read

The resource centre is reference material. Two other places take you through the same ground in a different way.

The business scan

The most useful document about your marketing is the one written about your business specifically. Paste a link and the AI produces it in minutes, free.

The Academy

Four structured tracks from complete beginner to team operator, with an AI coach that reviews the work you produce rather than grading you against a model answer.

Reading about marketing is not the fastest route

You will learn more from one honest read of your own business than from a stack of general advice. The scan is free, needs one link, and gives you something specific to act on.
